On 19th September 2008 the picture-show “Masters of colors” took place. The Guests of the gallery enjoyed fascinating colors on the canvas of such painters as Zhugan V., Zakharov F., Rashevskiy I., Volkovinskaya Z., Bernadskiy V., Bednoshej D., Zaretskiy V., Khrushch V. The painting “Violinist” of the Kyiv artist Tatyana Strizhevskaya was accompanied by wonderful music that flow from fiddle-strings of the quartet from the Kyiv National P.I. Chaikovsky Music Academy. In his speech devoted to the opening of the gallery Mr. Vitaliy Kovalinskiy, famous Kyiv historian and fine art expert, thanked all for inexhaustible love to arts and expressed hope for constant renewal and organization of new exhibitions. Mrs. Ekaterina Romanova, director of the Kyiv A.S. Pushkin museum, invited all present to visit excursions. Guests were surprised with original designer’s decisions used in decoration of the exposition. Sincere festive atmosphere predominated all evening which lasted past midnight.
